1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager fans

Both fans do not work. Motors are good. Relay tested good sounding the horn. All fuses that I know of good.

I don't know how you tested the relay because there is no way to do that. I would be surprised if you are even looking at the correct relay since this one is a solid state relay and hidden very well.

Thank you for your time Wrenchtech. You are right I just checked the blower fan relay in the large fuse box under the hood. I placed it in the horn slot and it worked. How do I get to the solid slate relay? Please and thank you.
