My 1998 Nissan Sentra, emits smoke, every time I use my ac. I have already replaced on line that had a hole in it, and I found no more. As well, my car will die from time to time, but only when I am or have just turned off my ac. Now, could any of this have to do with me forgetting, about 4 months back to put back on my oil cap, after I put oil in, and unfortunately, I did not come to find out until a few or so days later. And yes, oil spewed out and on, and seemingly every where in my engine. I have cleaned it a bit. Has this ever happened before? Yes, both with the ac, and unfortunately, with me and the ole' oil cap. Please help me, to find an inexpensive way, a do not need to go to the mechanic they will suck up all my money auto shop. Thank you, and I look forward to receiving your professional advice. Again, thank you.

The smoke is generating from the area of the car in which the ac is located on, the engine wall area on the passengers side. So, where is the belt located at, and why does it do this? Every time I go to look at it, is right after it has been running, so it is hot, and kinda hard to see, let alone move things. But, I did notice that in the area I mentioned, the hoses in that area are wet by something. I never saw it before, even though I know it could still be oil burning off the engine. But again, that is not what this is, unless something really crazy is going on in there? Say, could you let me know how "EXACTLY" to remove, and clean my oxygen sensor? Please. Yes, also this situation. Thank you so very much. I really do appreciate your professional experience, and help. I am awaiting your answer. Oh, one more thing, I want to make sure I am using the right oil weight; I put in Quaker High Miles 10w-40.

The belt goes around the pulley on your ac clutch right at the front of your ac compressor. So why are you looking to clean your o2 sensor if its the one the car came with its no good by now I would just change it. Do you have a code or something? Also as far as your oil goes if its warm where your at right now and the mileage you have on that car your fine. If you get cold winters I wouldnt run that thick of oil during the winter time.I would clean all that oil off that got sprayed all over off and then wait a day or two of driving and see how the smoke is then.
