When I stop at a stop sign, etc., it stalls. Car stays on, radio/lights/battery still working
Also, when I put in reverse and go to accelerate it stalls.
Recently have had an ignition interlock system installed (which im told by the technicians only effects me STARTING my car, they insist that it would not make my car stall because it does not have the ability to turn the car off)
Had all of the spark plugs changed today and the fuel valves changed.
the article in this page: http://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-a-idle-air-control-valve-works
says to check if the air idle control valve is working you: "remove the unit, with the wires connected turn the ignition key to the "on" position without starting the engine, the idle air control should move in or out. "
What does "Move in or out" mean? I had someone turn the car on while i looked at the unit, i saw nothing move, but felt a buzzing but saw nothing move.
my valve looks like this

(the third one down)
Am I missing something...am I even checking the right part? Thanks
