shut off problem

installed new iac valve ,i park the car
with engine running and it shut off ,also when idling to long it shut off also,fuel pressure is 30 psi with engine off, manuel said psi should be 35-45 psi engine running I did the test with engine off does it matter E ON/E OFF

IAC IS NO-ADJUSTING

Check to make sure there is power to the IAC. As far as the fuel pressure, check the regulator first. If it is good, the pump needs replaced unless you can find a leak. On our home page, there are directions and a video to help you check the regulator and pump.
