1998 Mazda B3000 engine trouble

My truck is idling and running rough and when I am driving it when I accelerate it jerks. It has also lost a lot of power and MPG. I have changed the spark plugs & wires, the MAF sensor, and the O2 sensor on the passenger side by the engine.

Changed the EGR valve, EGR valve solenoid and a fuel injector and it doesn't run rough anymore it just jolts or jerks when accelerating under 2000 rpms?
