The Low Coolant light keeps coming on and I have to keep adding coolant. I cannot find any noticeable discharge (puddle) of coolant.
Now that the fall weather is approaching, I noticed that the heater isn't getting as warm as it used to.

You need to find the reason for the coolant loss or you may do engine damage.
Have a shop insert a dye in the system and they can find it with an ultra violet light. Then they can give you a bid.
