I replace the starter and its making the noise like it it wanna start but it seems that's its not getting enough juice. I have a new battery. It like its not spinning fast enough so the starter will work. Someone told me it could be the timing I hope that's not it because that's a 1200 problem. It was also said it could be spark plug also. That's why I'm coming to the expert for answers

If the starter is new and the battery is new, check to make sure all connections between them are good. If they are, check timing to make sure it is correct.

You will need a timing light. Then start the engine and the reference point is on the crank shaft harmonic balancer.
