My Honda Accord smells like burning oil for about 500 miles after an oil change. The smell seems to come from the vents and also from outside when I roll the window down. After about 500 miles the smell goes away, however my oil level is down about a quart. I have never had trouble with my car burning oil. The engine is very clean. I figured there was a leak somewhere but I have never found any oil under my car, not even a drop. Where is my oil going? Is it possible it is leaking out of the valve cover onto the exaust underneath and burning up? Appreciate you time! Thankyou

Could be the oil filter dripping on the exhaust.
Take it back to where you had your oil changed and have them check there work.
Make sure you keep the level up to where it belongs
