Accord 1998 acceleration fault after car wash

After car wash the engine of my accord 1998 does not accelerates more than 1.5 rpm & stops immediately, I cannot drive, even I tried to dry the engine with help of air pressure in all components of engine den-mo self, plugs & all electric connections, but no use, why?

Something got wet and shorted out dunno where-I recommend you start testing the ignition components-start here-Bring it in and have Scope it will show if its coming from the ignition system-
