1998 GMC Sierra 1500 rough running at start

1998 GMC Sierra 1500. I am having trouble starting the truck on a hot start. Ever since I did the tune-up it has been having a problem rough running at start. Thank you I hope you can help.

During your tune-up, could it be that you installed a brand and heat range of spark plugs other than the one recommended by the manufacturer? Because if you did, this could very well be your problem. In addition, check to make sure you did not get the spark plug wires mixed up.
