My engine starts fine cold, then stalls after 30 and will not restart.

I start my van in the morning, and it purrs like a kitten, if I leave it run for 30 min, it stalls and then will not restart for hours, then when it does start it is like the first time until it stalls.

I have replaced the following in order:
cap rotor and plugs
coil and ignition module
crank position sensor
cam position sensor
fuel pressure switch
air filter and fuel filter
oil filter and oil
used injector cleaner and filled tank with premium gas

Every time it starts and runs for 30 min, then stalls, no restarting it for hours. However if I shut it off before the 30 min, it will restart normally.

here is the kicker, when it is running I can connect with the computer with an OBDII scanner and get all sorts of readings(TPS, fuel in tank, idle speed, MAP readings, timing(20-21 degrees)and no engine codes whatsoever) Now once the engine stalls, I no longer can connect to computer(link error!) And I get no spark off coil.

I always have fuel coming at high pressure at the fuel rail inspection port, but not spark. Engine will turn over and over with no results.

Wait for several hours, it starts normally, drives normally, accelerates normally shifts normally, dies after 30 min. Normally then nothing.

Please help?

Check to make sure the connections are clean and tight at the PCM. If they are, it sounds like you need to have it checked. The error code when it won't start tells me there is a break down of communication from the computer.

I do not ever get any error codes once it starts running again, why does it not at least tell us what caused the stall out?

If the problem is in the PCM, it usually doesn't. That is the first thing I would have checked.

How do I check this, what do I look for?

Oh yes, I also cleaned the ground on the themostat housing, the 2 grounds on the left fender around battery, the ground on the block from the battery and the ground from frame to block. FYI

Is the PCM the aluminum looking box under the brake fluid reservoir?
