1998 Ford Contour Charging System light still on

Hello,
My 1998 Ford Contour 2.5L with an automatic transmission charging system/battery light is staying on when running. We have just done the following repairs and checks:
New battery
New Alternator
New Serpentine Belt
New Mega Fuse 175 amp
New Maxi Fuse 80 amp
Check all other fuses in both fuse boxes (all appear to be good)
Check grounds (good)
Checked wiring (good)
So my question is what can be causing my charging system/battery light to stay on?

Measure all of the voltages on the wires on the generator with the engine running and with the ignition switch off. You can back-probe through the rubber seals in the connector for the smaller wires but be sure your probe makes good contact with those terminals. Holler back with the wire colors and voltages.
