Describe the nature of the no start. Does it crank but not start? If so, you need to determine as best as possible, what it is lacking(i.E. Spark/fuel). You can do a quick check for absence of fuel, by spraying starting fluid in the throttle bore, and see if it fires. This can tell you for one, that you do have spark, but you still won't know if you have no fuel pressure, or injector pulse, without further diagnosis.
