When I have the heat turned on and coming only.

When I have the heat turned on and coming only through the vents, heat only comes out only from two on the driver side. The two on the passenger side blows out cold instead of warm. That's even when I have the passenger climate control set for heat. What would cause this? Please advise. Thank you.

Blend door motor may be bad. Have it checked by a shop with a scan tool.
