No, can't hear the motor at all, I just check the voltage and ground, giving me a reading that starts at 14 volts then drops to 0 and repeats that.

Did you check voltage reading at the fuse? If it does the same thing, have to backtrack the circuit.

Blower motor not coming on at all. Ran test light. I have power at red wire with light grounded at (-) battery. I have power at black wire with light grounded at (+) battery. No power at gray wire with light grounded at (-) battery. I ran these test with car running hvac set at 75 degrees and had someone adjust fan speed as I was testing. Then ran test with vehicle off and got the same results. Previous owner replaced blower motor. Ive checked all fuses and I know theres not relay for the blower just and air conditioning and heating programmer. Should I replace blower motor again? Or should I replace programmer or dash panel switch?

Heater fan does not work on any speed. One day it just didn't work. Plug going into the heater assembly has three wires. Red = 12V, Black = Ground, and Grey = 0 Volts. It appears that either the grey wire is broken or the heater and A/C programmer is bad. Does this sound right? Also where is the heater and A/C programmer located and how do I locate the grey wire at the programmer terminal (Is it still grey)?
Thank you for your help.
Bob

First, you need to verify the blower motor is good. 2 wires, one 12 volts, the other ground. Check this first.

There may be a lower voltage on the grey wire as the programmer does not always use 12 volts for signal returns

Comfort fuse good. A/c compressor engages. Able to select temp range up and down but no blower motor fan can be felt even when display shows auto or manual low or high.

You can power it directly and nothing will happen. It relies on a digital speed signal from the A/C programmer, that comes in on the little gray wire. More than likely, you need a blower motor. Very seldom, in fact never, have I seen a failed programmer cause a lack of blower operation. Check that you do have power and ground at the blower, with a test light across the connectors large wires(red/black). If you have a light across that circuit, replace the blower motor.

Try to direct wire the motor if no check the voltage to the motor if none. Youll need to remove the blower motor wire it goes to a module in the a/c case replace that blower module.

Possibly loose conector or the connection can go bad inside a connector.
If you have a mulit metter, make sure your getting 12 volts at the motor connection.

If the voltage and ground are at the motor. Youll need to remove it and bench test it from the battery. Its poss. The squirel cage isnt on right.
