Sounds like the starter is your problem. There will be two wires on the starter, a larger cable and a small connector with 1 wire. The larger wire should constantly have battery voltage, with the help of a 2nd person, have someone attempt to start the car and check to see if you have battery voltage at the 1 wire connector. If you do, the starter is most likely your issue. I would also ensure that your ground cables are not corroded as it would cause the same issue.
