Headlights both high and low beams do not work

Hi, I have got a 75 series six cylinder diesel. I have a problem with the lights, when I twist the knob near the steering wheel, the park lights work but the high/low beam does not. I have already checked the light units/fuses/relays and still cannot put my finger on it. Any thoughts on it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! And also the horn and hazard lights do not work.

Hey, I know it has been five years, but I am having the same problem on the same model. Was wondering how or if you fixed the problem from a while ago? What was the problem?

There is the headlight relay and some fuses that need to be checked. Here is a guide and the relay and fuse locations for your car so you can run some tests:
