I TRIED TO START MY CAR IT WOULDN'T TURN OVER BUT LIGHTS WERE ON ON DASH AND FOG LIGHTS. WE GOT IT TO START BU PUSH STARING AND POPPING THE CLUTCH AFTER LETTING IT RUN I SHUT IT OFF AND IT WON'T START AGAIN. WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH IT?

Sounds like a starter problem.

However, when you say that it "wouldn't start;" do you mean that the engine did not spin over OR do you mean that the engine spins, but it will not actually run?

By the way, some auto parts stores will check your starter for FREE, but you may have to remove it first. Please get back to me with the answers and I will give you further info (if needed).
