Replacing window guides on a pontiac transport

What is wrong with the window. Does it go up crooked? Typically with those windows the front run channel weatherstrip wears through due to poor adjustment on the front run channel. Also the glass will catch and sometimes the regulator will bend. In order to replace the regulator there is a special tool to release the spring.
