truck was dying, started two months ago and got worse, then died

changed the fuel pump, ran good then started the samething.let it sit awhile will start, then die

Check to make sure the fuel pump is providing enough pressure. Also, check the fuel pressure regulator. NOTE: If the engine doesn't restart right away, check to make sure you are getting spark and fuel at that time.

If vehicle can be restarted but not hold idle, check the IAAC. Check for vacuum leaks between throttle body and MAF.
