Engine died, wont start, no power to top side of fuses for instrumet panel, radio, heater. Need help finding power supply problem.

Locate all the fusible links and test it with an ohmmeter for continuity an infinite reading indicates an open fusible link and for power on one side of the fuse holder while key is at run position-
