I have replaced the o2 sensor wires plugs new coil packs checked the timing and made sure the bekt us not loose abd no teeth were broken or missing. The engine is still using alot of fueland barley runs at an idle at or below 1000 rpm we hqve tried to idle it up to 1200 rpm but iit us still missing and sputtering at an idke and breaking up at 45-50 mph. Plz help! I'm desperately trying to figure this out. 7272373452

Are there any trouble codes?
Did you check the compression?
Do you have coolant losses/overheating issues?

I need to know the codes.

If the problem was not there prior to overheating, you could have damaged the cylinder head gasket causing losses of compression to certain cylinders.

Have a leak down pressure test done to confirm if head gasket is good.
