1997 Jaguar XJ6 blowers working fine but do not blow hot

Air condition and heater blowers working fine but do not blow hot when engine warms up the just blow cold, have checked fuses but seem ok, windscreen washers not working have taken tube from jet but no water is pumping through from bottle to washer unit, have checked fuses but seem ok.
