1991 Jaguar XJ6 power to the blower motors

What is usually the problem if there is no power to the motors all fuses are good is there a relay that could be bad and were is it locaited

The relays for the blower motors are inside the housings. Looking at the housing you will see a large damper. Inside this damper, low and to the outboard side, is the relay. Note: these blower motors are notorious for bad brushes in the motors.
