When it's hot outside and I leave the windows up it will not start. I hear the click but nothing happens. The alternator is fine. The starter is fine.
I have to leave the windows down even when it rains just to be able to start it in the morning.
My dad says I need a fuel pump. I've been reading all the forums where people say this didn't help. I saw something about the crankshaft position sensor which they say acts funny when it's warm.
My dad says the fuel pump has a module that acts funny when it's warm.
I sell cosmetics therefore I am not Mommy warbucks and I can't just be fixin stuff on a whim.
My readout says I'm emitting too much fuel.
Oh, AND it hiccups in traffic like it's gonna cut off and when it does cut off it starts right back up.
I have no idea which direction to go.
What should I do to the Ladywagon?

More than likely it is the crankshaft position sensor.
Go to a repair shop and have and OBD reader look for problems with your car. It does not take but a few minutes and you will have more information about what is at fault.
