My 97 chevy suburban's transmission feels like it is slipping after it's been running for about 10 minutes. If I disconnect the battery for 30 seconds, then reconnect it and start it back up, it works perfectly fine for another 5 minutes before it starts slipping again. Is this from an oxygen sensor? Even if I leave the engine running for 30+ minutes, it won't throw a code

If the transmission itself was having issues, wouldn't they persist through an ECM reset (by disconnecting the battery)?
