S-10 Trans and heat problems

I have a 97 4x4 S10, my ABS light comes on when I turn my heat on and goes off when my heat is off. When this happens my heat doesn't work. Also when driving it seems like my automatic transmission doesn't want to shift out of of higher gears.

Check your dashground, it may be loose causing the problem. Take your trans toa trans guy and have him runa scan to see if anything is not working right like shift valves, etc.
