My '97 Chevy Lumina won't start. A first, it would turn over and then stall out and now it won't start at all. I even tried to jump the car, but that only seemed to make it worse. The battery is fine, but I can't seem to figure out what the problem is. The fuel pump and filter were replaced about three or four months ago, and an engine with 60,000 miles was put in two months ago. I would really like to fix it myself, but could you help me out with what is wrong? How much will this cost me?
