New fuel pump new relay it wont start

I can hear pump come on n put a new relay in it just turns over n wont crank

What is the fuel pressure? Does it have spark?

Start with checking for power to the pump. If there is, replace the pump

I can hear pump come on for about 2seconds when I turn key on

I would replace the pump
