Hello,
An engine will need spark and fuel to start.
So, if you have already replaced the fuel pump and relays, check the spark to the plugs.
If you do not have spark the engine will just crank and crank but will not start.

If you do not have spark, it could be due to a faulty ignition control module.
That module provides power to the coils and that creates the spark for the plugs.
The ignition control module is located on the right side of the engine compartment (see picture)
The ignition control module can be tested. I have attached the testing procedure for your reference.
