Replaced The Radiator all New Hoses and Radiator Cap! Stant Pressure Release Type> With Cap On And Closed Pressure Relief Valve Closed Top And Bottom Radiator Hoses Become Stiff From Pressure! Car Does Not Over Heat But Should The Hoses Be That Way? With Cap On And Pressure Relief Open Hoses Are Normal? Also Check Engine Light Comes On Code Is P0325 Which States Knock Sensor/ EGR/Modulator Valve/Cooling? Very Confusing? Knock Sensors Very Expensive! Four Hours Of Labor To Remove And Replace! Any Help Will Be Greatly Appreciated! Tom

It's normal for the hoses to get pressurized. The cap isn't designed to release pressure until it hits around 15psi. As far as the code, it is a knock sensor code. However, there could be something causing it other than a bad sensor. The following would need checked:

Sensor
Sensor wiring short or open
Sensor connection for corrosion causing weak connection
ECM
