What is the aver. Cost to repair OBd system 1996 Toyota Avalon?
My car was inspected and I was told it will need OBd system repaired before next year inspection. I need to know what the expected cost what be. My car has 135,000 miles the engine light is not on

I'll go for $250 including diagnostic, labor and parts. One of your O2 sensor is probably bad.
Or you need to clear up the question sometimes some vehicles will not let the scanner communicate with the vehicle and that is usually caused by loss of power to one of the lines or the computer is not comunicating with it. The repairs could go from a fuse to wiring harness to computer it just depends on the problem find out more.
