You should check for a spark at one of the spark plug wires (if it has spark plug wires) while trying to start it. If no spark, then the problem is ignition related and I can get you ignition system info.
Also, try spraying a little (4-5 seconds of spray) carb/choke cleaner into the intake manifold. Remove the air snorkle from the throttle body, open the throttle and spray the cleaner into the throttle body. Close the throttle, replace the snorkle and the try to start the engine. If it starts now, the problem is fuel related. I can give you info on that as well.
Try these suggestions and let me know the results, then I'll give more info, if you need it.
