1996 Nissan Truck Dad S Pick 4x4 Just Started Buck Jumping While S Driving

My dad's 1996 Nissan pick-up 4x4 has just started "buck-jumping" while he's driving down the road. We've never had problems with this before....could this be the coil?

It could be and I would suspect ignition related components such as spark plugs and wires.
