how do i change the clutch plate...RAC called and told me the plate was worn..The car could change into gears while driving but there was a loss of power negotiating hills after gear changes...would like to change it myself to save huge bill..thanks!

This is not a simple DIY job which requires removal of the transmission to get the job done.
