I come to stop and it seems to want to stall out?

96 mazda protege, when driving I come to stop and it seems to want to stall out,or just idling and I put it in drive and it seems to be wanting to stall out, Is the egr valve the cause or iac valve or air cleaner intake hose , I taped up leak on intake hose but no results, do I need new hose or is that my problem?

Hello,

For the issue you are having it can be triggered by dirty idle air control motor as well as mass air flow sensor or a clogged EGR.
Over time larger air particles sticks to the inside of the IAC and restricts air flow. This will impact on the idle quality of the vehicle.

Also a dirty mass air flow sensor can also make the car have rough idle. This too can be cleaned for improved performance.
