Car blinking and not starting

So I started my car just fine for about 2 minutes then shut it off, then I tried starting it again and no power anywhere. So then my friend tried jump starting the car and that didnt work either, then after waiting 45 minutes later it starts, but when I open the door my headlights, backlights, and lights inside the car start blink for 10 seconds and stop and start again, and its been 2 days since and now it doesnt start. What could be the problem

When I try to start it, its as if theres no more power in the battery but my dad checked the battery and its fine

Sounds like an aftermarket alarm issue. Do you have an alarm on the car?

Yes it does and its where my left foot is situated, I tried playing with it but it doesnt work, is there a way of disarming it or fixing it?

With the key on, press the button and release and then start the car.

If it does not, then you will have to have it removed.
