1996 Dodge Stratus Fuel guage

On my 1996 Dodge Stratus, when I make a right turn, the fuel needle goes to all the way to E and then fuel light comes on. The needle and the light return to normal after I complete my turn.The car had 59000 actual miles and I just had both belts changed out.

The fix is real simple but it requires removing the fuel pump assembly from the tank. Once it's out you can unclip the float arm for the sending unit, then slightly bend the tab for the electrical contact so it makes better contact, then snap the arm back on.
