What are you trying to adjust? One throttle cable comes through the firewall and attaches to the side of the throttle body. Another one goes down to the transmission. A third one comes from the cruise control servo and attaches to the throttle body too. I've never had to do anything to the first and third one. The second one is known to stick causing delayed up-shifts.
