Have you checked the switch to see if power is coming out when the low beam is on?

Check your fuse and relay for the low beam. They are both in the underhood electrical center.

There is also a drl relay in the convience cnetre that the headlights workthrough. It may be that is bad. It's next tothe steering column on the left side under the dash.
