On clean dry pavement? All 4 wheels?

Yes on clean and dry pavement and feels like mostly in rear wheels because it seems to fishtail somewhat.

I had front drivers side brake line replaced and also had the hydrolic control unit replaced with a used one.

Why was the control unit replaced and why didn't you mention it?

I was told it was not pumping brake fluid to one of the rear brakes. And yes to your previous question, the anti-lock brake warning light has been on for almost a year but was told not to worry about it.
