describe your problem...i have negative camber on the front passanger tire. whats the possible repair options

Replace the worn upper ball joint and have it aligned. These trucks eat ball joints. It's fairly common to need to replace them every 50,000 miles.

If camber can not be corrected with the regular adjustments, look at the steering axis inclination readings. There is no correct value. They must be very nearly the same on both sides. If they are different, suspect a bent spindle.
