Hello, I have a problem with the coolant in the coolant bottle that over flows when the car drives for a long period. But the heat gauge is normal running temp and never over heats but spills the coolant into the water overflow. I have checked thermostat and all pipes I have even flushed and filled the radiator the radiayor flows fine too. But still does the same. I have done a head test buy the liquid changes colour very slightly a hardly noticeable colour change. What could possibly be my problem

Does the oil in the engine look normal? IT could be that your cap is bad. Its not allowing the system to build up pressure (raise the boiling point), and is causing the coolant to boil. Could also be that you have an air pocket. Try leaving the cap off and running the car with the heat on and kepp checking the coolant till it reaches operating temp (thermostat open).

I think you may need to take the car to a pro to have your cylinder head checked.
