1995 Pontiac Firebird missfiring

I have a 95 pontiac firebird 3.4 v-6 170 k automatic. It has what seems to be a miss. It shakes while driving and shakes extremely bad in over drive. It over revs on shifts and has very little power. It takes forever to get to highway speeds.

I have no idea about the tune up. The person I bought it from said this had been going on for almost a year so im assuming its been awhile. And no there cel is not nor has been coming on
