Why would you want to change the clutch? What's the problem with the old one?

When I turn ac on it goes to Schilling belts have been changed I turn ac off it stops

You need a whole compressor, not a clutch. You would also need a new condenser and receiver dryer. When all that is completed you will have to look at the fan operation to see why it failed in the first place.
