suffering from high idle problems

I have a 1995 Nissan hardbody with a fuel injected 3.0L V6 5spd 4x4. Currently it is suffering from high idle problems, ranging from 1000 to 2000 RPMs. Any idea what might be causing this?

I have checked for vacuum leaks and found none.I have not performed a test with a code reader yet, which may provide more insight to the cause of the high idle.

Check the IACV/AAC valve and the FICD also check the TPS sensor-
