no Overdrive gear

Mitsubishi Spacegear 4M40 engine with automatic transmission, the Overdrive does not functioning and do not lights on. when the selector cable was replaced, the problem started. The indicator light for overdrive does not lights on. Now, while running, it seems that the speed gear do not change.

Please help what to do?

You have your clue at the shift cable replacement. There is a wiring connector near there that must have got bumped and dislodged. Lift the car safely
