2006 Mitsubishi Other Random Check Engine light

I have a Mitsubishi Raider 2006, it runs excellent, but the "check engine light" is showing and when it is reset, by unplug battery, will take few days to come back. Bring it to AutoZone to check computer code, and it shows vode P1603, could this error maybe a blown fuse or need to replace PCM. Please advise, I have performed maintenance and replace filter, etc... could it be a blown fuse?

check fuses 36 & 37 under hood. then have a pro scan it if fuse blows immediately it has short to pcm an d a pro will need to find it.
