That is something that is generally not done. First off it takes some special equipment to actually do it as they are pressed on and off and need to be in a precise position. The other reason is that the clutch is generally not the only problem and it costs have the price of a whole compressor with a clutch. Clutches fail for a reason and it usually has to do with other problems in the system. the other issue is they usually take out the compressor front seal when they go. A/C is not really a DIY type job. There are way too may hidden issues that you need to be aware of. You could end up with even more damage than you have now.
