Stalled out yesterday after exiting the highway. I have replaced bad EGR valve and cleaned the Throttle body. It only stalled the one time since replacing those parts. But it was a few attempts at starting before it started. Any other options to look at?

If the Idle air control Valve is the issue, would it be random or constant? Would it act up after warm up? Or immediate?

To be honest, with any sensor or electronic component, it could be any time. I just went crazy with a chevy van. One minute it ran perfect and the next it was spitting ans cutting out. There was a bad temp sensor that was working on and off causing the fuel mixture to change constantly. Once I replace it, the van was perfect.

To get back to this, Your advice was spot on. It was indeed a Vacuum leak.
I have had zero trouble since then. The Vacuum line was cracked behind where I could see it. I have a video scope I used and seen it within 10 mins of looking at the the hoses. I hope this also helps anyone with issues like this. THANKS AGAIN!
